Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.     •    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.     •    Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
